Great people, excellent customer service, highly empathetic people, very energetic people, highly diverse workforce and great prices at Baltimore Washington international airport.
They still need to refine to some of their pick up processes and drop off process. It was little frustrating but it was sorted out. Highly recommended.
Always reliable...the bus drove right up to me as I arrived. At less than $8 a day it's a great deal, and close to BWI as well.
If you join and get their card it's very good on service and availability. Even without, the drivers are just great and pickup to airport is fast.

I have been using this parking service for years. The drivers are always friendly and helpful with luggage. They make sure you know where your car is parked for the return. The staff in the booths are good as well. This is the only parking lot I use at BWI.
