I really like how I am made to feel welcome as I come in the door. Also light-hearted conversation makes for a more personal experience. Then when Jeff takes over it’s like family. He truly cares about how I am doing And wants the C-pap experience to work. He doesn’t rush through either. Thank you Jeff and Airway

Bought a wonderful lift chair their today. The salesperson felt bad because they couldn't deliver it until tomorrow. Wow! Most places make you wait days or weeks for delivery.
My mother and I have visited this Airway Oxygen store over the years for various items and have never had an unpleasant experience. All of the different people who have assisted us have always been very patient, kind, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Airway Oxygen in Benton Harbor is an excellent choice if you are using a CPAP machine. The employees are very friendly, helpful, and most important knowledgeable. The staff member that helped me find a new mask was awesome. He took the time to make sure I had the correct one and took the time to answer all my questions.
I use to be a customer at Van's and it was a horrible experience. Airway Oxygen is definitely the choice and that's why I give them 5 stars!
