Try this local place before placing an order at a big box store or internet store. We bought "solid core" vinyl-plank flooring designed to lay directly over OSB sub-floors (8 mm thick) with a 20 mil wear layer (Shaw Floorte).

They came out to install in 2 separate visits, and were very accommodating of our schedule. They also applied a $500 coupon for me. I would definitely recommend!
