  Dr Thomas and his staff are great. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest orthodontist.

  I had issues with an orthodontist in Saint Joseph on all ends for my daughters braces. I researched for orthodontist in the area and found Dr. Nathan Thomas. Read some of the reviews and decided to give him and his staff a try. End state was that those reviews were spot on! Dr. Thomas and staff were not only professional, they treated my daughter, rest of my family, and myself like FAMILY! It was and IS great to have place to go and feel good about getting work done without being around a chilling environment and staff. My daughter did continue with her orthodontic work and will without hesitation, my youngest daughter will be getting hers done when time is right. In these rush, rush times, it is great to have a place to go that will treat you professionally, even more - LIKE FAMILY!

  We had seen two other orthodontist, and they told us my daughter needed $3800.00 to pull a tooth down that wouldn't come in. The first two orthodontist didn't even really exam her. They looked at the X-ray films, and then told us what she needed. Her tooth was flat in the roof of her mouth with a slight downward tilt. They didn't give any other alternative. That's when a friend told us about Dr. Thomas. My daughter is very shy, and Dr. Thomas made her feel very comfortable. Dr Thomas examed her, and instead of suggesting braces first thing he offered a different possible solution. He said let me call her oral surgeon, who took the extra tooth out that was in front of her permanent tooth, and ask him about a different approach. He called her oral surgeon to ask what he thought about opening up her gums, and then clear the scars tissue out of the way to see if the tooth would come in on its own. We did exactly that, and her tooth came in after being stuck in her gums for two years. Dr. Thomas's thoughtfulness of my daughter, and thinking of what's best for her saved us $3800.00. I am grateful that a friend told us about him. Dr. Thomas and his staff are the best!
