  I have been a customer at Craig's for several years now and am very happy with their service. They are thorough, tell you in advance what needs doing and what the expected cost will be. They tell you things that are going wrong but can wait versus things that must be repaired immediately. They are friendly, courteous, and professional. They will also recommend a specialized technician if needed. They have my highest recommendation.

  Let me start by saying that my dad is a mechanic and has been for 40 years, he's also the only person I trust to work on my truck when I can't fix it myself. With that being said, I was over an hour away from home and needed a trustworthy mechanic which isn't easy to find these days. Insert Craig's Automotive. I stopped in, described the problem and Craig gave me a few things to try before having it towed to his shop. Long story short, I needed a tow as the part I needed wasn't available from the usual home mechanic outlets nearby and I was tired of running around. Craig worked me in, confirmed what he'd already told me he suspected, and had it fixed the same day and at a very reasonable cost. I would absolutely let them work on all my vehicles if need be. Very courteous, friendly, respectful, and most importantly, trustworthy.

  All I can do is say Thanks again. Cory helped me out when I needed it the most. My cars front brakes lost a bolt holding the bracket. The Honda dealership did not have it, Autozone could order it as well, but I still needed to get back home. Cory was able to figure out the bolt I needed, and get it sent to the shop, which allowed me to go back to the car and put it back together for the trip home. If this dedication and commitment to customer service is any indication of the type of service you can expect from Craig's Automotive, then you are in great hands to get your car repaired there. Awesome Job Cory!!
