The staff members that we have encountered are all very professional, efficient and courteous. We especially want to acknowledge, "Amy" at the Front Desk for her professional service during our check out process at our last stay here. Based on our most recent experience here, as long as they continue to maintain a clean facility, great staff, and competitive pricing, we will continue to stay here whenever we are in the area visiting my wife's family. The first trip i was on the third floor and the room smelled a little smoky even know it was non smoking. the second stay our room was on the first floor and was a bit musty or damp feeling throughout our stay. The Breakfast was average. Service was friendly and helpful!”

We had a sofa and two arm chairs cleaned; each piece was soiled from kids and pets but in just a short 2 hours Chuck was able to make them look new again.
