(September 5, 2019, 12:17 am)We really enjoyed our stay at Duncan House. Walking distance to downtown and the beach. Breakfast was amazing too. Oh and the owner leaves homemade cookies out that are delicious too.

(August 11, 2019, 2:24 pm)Came here with some girlfriends for a bachelorette party and I was blown away by the whole experience. The house is absolutely adorable! Extremely clean and everything is updated. Andy is the nicest person! He took very good care of us, and his cooking is to die for! The pictures on the website dont do this place justice. Its very close to the beach and the downtown area. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

(July 20, 2019, 11:06 am)Wonderful stay. Beautiful historic house. Close to downtown St. Joseph Michigan. High quality bed, linens, bathroom. Excellent breakfast made by innkeeper who truly enjoys the art of cooking. He uses local foods for the most part, baking a fifth family generation bread recipe with homemade jams. Walls adorned with his photography as well as other local art. Pretty courtyard with outdoor hot tub. Safe parking. A must go to B&B. Andrew has great knowledge of St Joseph, it's artists, shops, history, and points of interest. He and his family are well regarded around the town.
