(February 3, 2020, 11:42 pm)Took my ford pickup there to get an alignment and they discovered the wheel bearings were loose and needed a repacked and they fixed that and got it aligned... all the staff members were nice and did a great job. Would definitely recommend and come here again.

(October 19, 2019, 2:59 pm)One of my semi trucks had observed low pressure on a drive tire earlier in the day. We suspected he picked up a nail, so routed him thru St. Joseph to get service here 45 min before closing on a Friday. There was a complication involving a hard to get part. Lonnie and John went above and beyond to get my driver situated at a hotel, then got the truck back on the road by noon the next day to keep the delivery on time. Teams like this are why I am loyal to Goodyear for tire service on my commercial trucks and personal vehicles.

(September 6, 2019, 6:44 pm)Blew a tire right before the exit. They worked some magic to get me a replacement tire and had me baxk on the road in about an hour. Pretty amazing considering they had no tires available for me when I pulled in!! Thanks again for the expert care!
