  Great little spot for a hike. Birds, Fish- and other wildlife abundant in this area.

  A nice mile long loop trail that goes through prairie, light woods, and a more denser wooded area along a ravine. Definitely an easy hike. Not crowded at all. Pretty muddy in some areas, especially considering that it hadn't rained for some time when I was here. There are several benches at great look out spots above a small creek. Lots of birdwatching and plenty of parking.

Three Oaks Township owns property adjacent to the Kesling Nature Preserve and complimentary trail systems are being developed to provide access to additional surrounding natural areas, combining to protect nearly 100 acres dedicated to conservation.

THREE OAKS Workday at nature preserve Saturday Volunteers are needed to help pull garlic mustard from 9 a.m. until noon Saturday at the Kesling Nature Preserve on the south branch of the Galien River outside Three Oaks.
