“We stopped here for lunch and we both had a great meal. I had the two item combo with brisket and pulled pork along with cowboy beans and mac and cheese. The brisket was fall apart tender and had a great smoked flavor and the pulled pork was very tasty and tender, full of juice. The mac and cheese was some of the best I’ve had with a good cheese flavor throughout with a nice crispy top. The service was quick and friendly, couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely be back.”

I only like my cheese burgers with a slice, here they add Velveeta, so if you like it heavy cheese don't do anything, just enjoy. If you like a hint of cheese (not too much) order it light with cheese. The atmosphere is what you expect from a local staple; clean, well lighted and cared for, plenty of parking. Great place for a great burger, worth stopping in.”

“One of my favorite places in Harbor Country. If you're looking for a "Michigany" place to have a casual bite to eat, this is it. You'll get a true north woods feel when you walk in. The food was v good but I think I most enjoyed learning about the chef from the articles in the hallway. While I was reading them she came out of the kitchen to use the restroom and if I wasn't looking at her photo in a magazine article I would have had no idea who she was. An everyday hero”

Always great food, great service, great atmosphere... Nowadays my lady and I stop here annually as a reward for finishing our Christmas shopping. It's a nice getaway and treat. Highly recommended.”

Great place for cozy and intimate dinner. However, tonight Service was Poor. Christie was inattentive gone most of the meal was not checked on during Service, things that should have been brought at the beginning of the meal was brought at the end. Not the usual amazing Service we've come to know over the past 6years or so.”
