“I know it is a great place to stop and take a break / eat a apple ???? while bike riding. Looks like the park is mainly there for baseball and soccer. Appears to have four or five baseball diamonds and the same number of soccer fields. Plenty of paved parking, some picnic tables and shade trees.”

“My two babies, Bella and Dexter are minature poodles, (shh they don't know that they are poodles) any way, I just had to give a big thank you to Alyssa Bailey for the great grooming she did on them. I had been going to another groomer near my home in Benton Harbor and my Babies were not happy with them. I picked them up today they were both very happy, no issues at all. My husband and I both appreciate the hospitality that the owner and groomer showed us, in addition they answered all our questions. Thank you!”

“I like this library the best of any in the area. There aren't loud talkers or loud children like other libraries. It's respected as a library. It holds a large selection of books for a local library, enough computers for the demand, and a good Wi-Fi system that works all the time. The used book sale room is small and holdings are pricey. An outdoor reading area seems hardly used. The indoor easy chairs are used much more. The periodical holdings are very small. Librarians are helpful and know what they are doing. They can Actually answer your questions. Hours of operation are longer than other libraries every day of the week (closed Sundays).”

“I called Cooper Carlson hearing and air yesterday (Thursday) and asked them for an appointment to get my central air fixed. And I'm so glad I did!! From first contact the woman that answered the phone was kind, professional and made it seem as if she was very happy to help. She quickly scheduled a time for 8 am the very next day. The repairman arrived right on time and was just as kind and professional. As I was holding a flashlight for John the technician, I told him how excited I was to be getting it fixed due too my daughters asma. The part needed was in their Elkhart Indiana location. About 35 miles from me. I believe that because of my daughters condition, John drove there himself instead of having it sent so that it could be fixed right away. THAT IS HOW YOU HANDLE CUSTOMERS!! And that is how you keep customers! Great job Cooper Carlson!! I'd give more than five stars if it were an option!!”
