  What great people. They fixed my almost 90 year old dad up with a aerator for his pond and it works great he loves it. They were patient with him even with his hearing impairment and explain the whole procedure to us couldn't ask for a greater bunch of people

  The customer service here is amazing. I had several questions while installing my pond and they were always able to answer my questions and were so pleasant to work with. I have had some issues with the pond lights. The lights are under warranty and the exchange process was very smooth. I love my filters and pumps, very high quality.

  I have been working with The Pond Guy for a few years and they are extremely helpful. I recently purchased a new filter for our 18 year old small koi pond/water garden. To be honest, the new filter has presented a few challenges; we had to put in all new tubing, I switched pumps and this is a new system to learn as it uses BioBall filter media. Having some frustrations with the new filter I left a review of the product on their site, hoping others who use the system might reach out with advice. Instead, it was The Pond Guy that reached out. They listened to my challenges and concerns, walked me thru some tasks and provided helpful feedback and solutions thru phone calls and emails. I worked very closely with Kate from the Tech department, she is a wealth of knowledge and very patient! I have asked them if they would consider opening a location in Las Vegas, maybe one day!

  After moving into a home two years ago where we had a small goldfish pond, the Pond Guy has always satisfied our needs when it comes to pond information and products!
