It's a great place to store your stuff secure great guys all around you
Best storage facility there is 💯
◾Units are huge with good lighting and power outlets ◾ powered garage doors ◾ personal lot space outside for parking trailers or company vehicles ◾ property is gated with coded entry ◾ 24 hr access ◾ security cameras around the entire location ◾rent is very reasonable for what it's worth◾no typical corporate protocols/ procedures ◾ office lady is very friendly and helpful , she does an excellent job ◾ privacy is respected ◾never any problems or issues ◾ feels like it's own little community ◾
Excellent, only words in have to describe my experience. I was looking for a storage unit over a year ago. I called Maxi Mini, I was told there where no units available. I settled for a smaller unit else where. 7 MONTHS LATER I recieved a call saying a unit is now available, 7 months! This may not be important to most, to me, I was thrown back. That showed me whoever ran the front office was organized and stayed on top of their job duties. Then the cost. I was paying a $1 sqft at the unit i settled for after Maxi Mini informed me they where full. Maxi Mini charges significantly less anddddd Maxi Mini units have power 20' ceilings, bright LED lighting and 24hr access. Hands down best storage facility in Northern macomb. If you are looking for a space for your business, hobby or personal storage get on the waiting list you will not regret it.
The woman who runs this place is so sweet and extra helpful.
