Best Buy

I had to wait around for someone to help me with information about printers, but that's just due to stores cutting back on people. Once I finally got a guy over there to help me, he was fantastic. He told me everything and more about the different printers, their features their longevity, and which models that seem to have problems the most. I mean I asked in-depth questions and he knew everything, he was able to explain how long the ink would last what the print production rate would be, what uses less ink than others, Zack I think his name was, fantastic help

Always the same, employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable. Items are in stock, clean and organized. It's nice to have a place like Best Buy that is ran this well. Others may have had bad experiences but I have only had good ones. Good team culture in there.

Refunded my broken car charger with no problems. They accept cash, the Verizon store doesn't.

Great with covid procedures, and the staff was very helpful!

Worker's were very knowledgeable, but not enough of them had to wait a bit to get help, so don't plan on getting in and out unless you don't need floor help
