We had our basement sewage lift pump go out the day before Thanksgiving. They were they able to come out fast and get the pump replaced and installed by the next day. The replacement pump and valves are also a lot quieter than the old ones. They really saved the day for our holiday plans!

My house was backing up! Called Roto Rooter on Sunday for help with clogged sewer line. They were at my house within the hour. Fixed the problem and identified a permanent solution in no time. David and Terry took the time to explain everything and were very personable and professional. I'll be using them for the permanent fix next week.

David was on time, professional and friendly. We didn't need a lot done but had some concerns. He was thorough, efficient and did not try to up sell or tell us there was an issue when there wasn't. He did great and the price was worth the assurance we got.
