Going into this, with my unique situation, I was already a little uncomfortable/nervous… Having a new doctor review your files and ask you questions, while you explain what’s going on, can sometimes feel kind of judgey!? But Doctor Mark Manteuffel eases all of that while figuring out the root of your problem to help fix you from the core! He really cares and takes pride in what he does and by helping others! Right off rip he was blunt with me in explaining what needed to be done ensuing preventative and follow-up care! Megan, Leah and Sarah at the front desk are so warm and welcoming! You feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. They are helpful and patient while helping you figure out your schedule, working around YOUR TIME, it’s nice!! “I recently joined the team at Grace in January. I enjoy working alongside of each Individual and getting to know them , and their families personally. Grace , does a very good job making sure that all the residents that reside there , are well cared for entertained , and loved to the best of their ability . Donna in activities , does do a lovely job , to entertain the residents weekly , and to make sure that each individual has their very own input each day. I know they enjoy seeing Donna and coming to exercise daily , and whatever activity they have for that day . ( bingo is their favorite ) 🥰 Grace staff does work above and beyond , and give each other a lending hand when times are tough. We exceed to be teammates , and make sure that we communicate to the best of our ability , to get needs met! I have personally worked in healthcare for many years , and concerns are met here when brought up . I really enjoy my days. It’s a nice atmosphere, as an employee .”
