Dan Stawinski - State Farm Insurance Agent

My experience with my most recent problem is that they provide Poor quality...poor value..not responsive at all.. Giving 5 stars so people will read. These people used to be good. I Would not recommend them now. Judgemental uprofessional condescending and rude. Will deny simple claims and run you through the mill.
Agent made false claims on my problem repeatedly without any evidence and without ever visiting my residence.
I repaired the problem myself as it less hassle from the home office and the adjuster.. I have been a loyal paying Customer for close to 20 years stay away you have been warned. They collect substantial premiums and poor service when you need help. Shame on them switching insurance companies soon. What good is a insurance company if you cannot count on them being there when you need them? Answer=No Good

I have had nothing but amazing service with this state farm, the staff is amazing. The office manager judy is phenomenal! 4:45pm on a Friday i called to add a car to my policy. No hesitation it was added! I highly recommend this office!
