Coach Derek and Cameron are the best in town! I like the individual approach they give realizing that fitness and a healthy lifestyle are not one size fits all. They are big on accountability, check-in, and education giving you the tools you need to be successful. They also give me the courage to continue pushing pass what I thought were my limits which helps me to realize that I am capable of more than I give myself credit for. In just 30 days I lost 9 pounds and I have more tools and education about a healthy lifestyle, clean eating and a good workout routine!!! One thing I appreciate about Coach Derek is that he helps you to figure out what's broken or not working and replace it with something that is sustainable for a lifetime. Keep up the good work!!!

I have been going to Strive for about 6 weeks now. I absolutely love it. The workouts are great and customizable to any fitness level. I honestly have a great time when I'm there and am already starting to see results from the workouts physically and mentally! Derek and Cam are clearly invested in helping members reach their individualized goals. I highly recommend Strive Fitness to others.

Great place! Can’t say enough about Strive and Derek. Love, love, love working out here. The formats change every day and, while challenging, Derek is very encouraging to help you make it through. He also modifies any exercise you may not be able to do due to an injury. Everyone is very friendly and supportive of their fellow members. Very happy I joined Strive.
