Good folks. Got me more bang for my buck.

Outstanding customer service!!! Jessica went above and beyond to find a solution for us. Flat tire, we had a delivery appointment at 4:30pm and they did the tire replacement as quick as possible. We were on time for the delivery. Thank you so much!!! We highly recomend them. Thank you to the whole team!

You know what's annoying about scheduling service for an RV? You make an appointment but upon arrival are told to leave it there, they don't know when they'll get to it. After several days - or weeks - it's FINALLY done and you are presented with an outrageous bill. Oh, and the quality is often suspect.

Not at JAM. They took my rig in at the time of the appointment and finished up in a very reasonable time while I waited. The cost was a fraction of what other places quoted for the same work, and the crew was nothing less than awesome. They listen to their customers and don't talk down to you or make assumptions of what you may or may not know. In addition to the requested work, Tom did a quick courtesy inspection of key items and gave me a run-down on overall condition and status. So refreshing to get good service.
