I came to this service station 2 weeks ago needing my battery replaced.. It was the 3rd place I pulled into hoping someone could take care of this.. The staff & owner were completely awesome in taking care of my automotive request late on a Friday afternoon.. Today I'm in for a set of 4 tires & a couple other necessary maintenance issues.. They provide excellent, honest service & will go above & beyond to take care of your automotive needs... A+++++

Natalie has been assisting me in resolving AFO issues and does a superb job. She takes the time to research what my issue is and resolve the breaking issue by contacting the supplier to find alternative resolutions. I have had several follow up calls from her to check on the status and function of my AFO to help eliminate past issues from becoming future issues. Thanks again!!

Working with Natalie at Wright and Filippis was amazing! They are an exceptional staff and Natalie worked so hard to give my son the best care and make sure his head was perfectly rounded! They are prompt and really respect your time as a customer/patient. As a logical person, I really respected how realistic Natalie was on a time frame for how long my son’s StarBand would take. We couldn’t say enough great things about Natalie and the rest of the staff at the Clinton Twp Wright & Filippis location!

Natalie helped me with my KAFO today. She was fantastic. She took as long as I needed to listen to my concerns, write them down, and address each one. What an unexpectedly great experience!

When our son was 4 months old our pediatrician referred us to the Clinton Township Wright and Filippis to get him a helmet for his flat spot. We had tried so hard to do everything at home to correct it and we were so nervous and upset. Now at 8 months he is all done and honestly we loved the protection as he was starting to move around and he looked so cute in it that we are going to miss it! Natalie was awesome and made the process so smooth- making adjustments when needed, worked quick and she was thorough. It flew by and it is so worth it.

We brought our infant son in to get fitted for an orthotic helmet, since he had an obvious flat spot on his head. Natalie was an absolute delight to work with and a wonderful cheerleader, helping us pull through the process in roughly 4 months. She always was encouraging during routine visits and was very professional and understanding. Would recommend her and this facility to anyone in need.
