Hoover Electric Plumbing Heating Cooling

Didn’t have extensive work today, but asked Hoover to come out for variety of plumbing projects. Dustin answered all my questions and helped me prioritize what I should focus on first vs what can can be saved for future work, and he helped make it not as daunting as I was anticipating. Appreciate and trust his guidance. Look forward to working w Hoover and tackle these projects.

The experience I’ve had with Hoover has made a very tough situation a lot easier. My basement continued to flood and Wes came out to diagnose the issue. Wes is the best service tech, from any service, that I’ve had at my house. He was so calm in the midst of my stress that it helped calm me down. His demeanor and ability to explain things easily made it easier for me to handle. The ease of using multiple payment options made it easier to get the money together to pay. I am completely satisfied with Hoover based on Wes. The other person that made this issue more bearable is Amy in the office. The care and concern in her voice was clear and she went way above and beyond what I feel her normal duties are.

Hoover responded right away to my request for service, however the technician did not arrive at my home within the 4 hour window and I was alerted almost 30minutes after the allotted time. The service charge was $65 very reasonable however to fix my sink issue I was quoted over $400😳 at this point the service charge was waived. We were not prepared to pay this amount, however the manager worked with us and provided a military discount, apparently this is a discount they offer to veterans or active military. Still not sure why the price started off so high and was a little disappointed to not have had an approximate price. Also would have liked a phone call at least an hour before to let me know he was running late. Joe the technician was very professional and fix the issue.

Joe was very personable and professional. He knew what needed to be done and promptly changed the "aged" indoor valve. Hoover itself was a good company to work with with them emailing prior to Joe arriving, they had an app that showed were the technician was and all paperwork and billing was electronic. The price for the work was okay - not good, not bad. I recommend them and I would use them again.

Hoover is THE BEST! I love the personalized texts with pictures of the technician who will be showing up. They call and text ahead of time. Their prices are very reasonable as well! Customer service reps are great! Always polite and they keep you informed in so many ways! I really appreciate how the technicians explain what they’re doing in way that doesn’t make you feel dumb or cheated! Everyone is so polite! Wesley installed my water heater & showed me where my water main was and how to turn it off in an emergency! Josh helped me understand all my blockage removal options, short and long term. Dave gave great advice on my newly transplanted Japanese Maple tree!!! I will use them for all of my plumbing needs. And whatever services they provide!
