I liked the Dr. and his staff were very friendly and nice. I had a minimum amount of pain and only needed one half of a pill for pain the first night. I would go back there again if needed.
We had an excellent experience with the Keystone Staff. My 9 year old daughter needed to have a canker-like sore removed from her inner lip. She was extremely scared when she found out she would need a shot to numb the area first. The doctor and staff were very caring, patient, and kind in helping her to calm down to have the procedure completed. Everything was thoroughly explained with the process as well. I would definitely recommend this practice and use them again if needed in the future.
This was literally the BEST experience. They were EXTREMELY caring, patient, and dealt with my silliness great lol. As a nurse, I can not brag on their patient satisfaction enough. I recommend this office to someone looking to get wisdom teeth extractions. I got all 4 at one time. Dr Kasper is awesome, and so we’re the women on staff. I used IV sedation, and the only thing I remember was getting the IV, which was not bad at all. The laughing gas actually makes you laugh LOL! I wish I didn’t do this during the whole Corona situation because I would definitely gift the office with some kind of gift to show my appreciation. Thank you KeyStone. I know where to send ppl when they need oral surgery.
Look no further for professionalism, integrity, super friendly care and sincerity from everyone there.
I felt like family as soon as I walked in the door. Amazing people that I will be forever grateful to have met and have as an integral part of my life.
My particular case was not an easy one at all and was quite involved. Dr. Kasper walked me through in great detail and saw to it personally that I received everything I needed to go forward.
We, his entire staff, have remained in touch even though it is not a requirement. Just to share information and to exchange all the positive attributes needed to enhance my quality of life.
I can't thank them enough for helping me through.
