I cannot believe these bad reviews because Richard was on time, knowledgeable and fixed our dryer in no time. He doesn’t talk much he likes to get to work right away, he will inform you of problem and price and get to fixing . Let the man do his job and trust me it will be done the right way. He was prompt, on time and knowledgeable. I will recommend him and use him in future for all our appliance needs. Highly recommended by my cousin and am happy that I found my alliance guy.one very happy customer here and not to mention same day appointment and reasonable price .
