Pedego Junction Electric Bikes

First off if you are in the market for an e-bike then Pedego is the way to go! However in my case I needed a part that was no longer made by the Hollywood bike rack company. Greg had one that I learned via the Pedego Owners Group. Greg and I spoke and within a day Greg had sent the part on its way from Michigan to New Jersey. Not only was I pleased to get the adapter so I could carry my wife’s Trike on the bike rack but dealing with Greg was just a very enjoyable experience. Again, if you are in the market for an electric bike stop in and talk to Greg.

Spent 2 1/2 hours there on a Sunday afternoon with Greg. He answered every question my wife and I had to ask. He demonstrated all the bikes features and explained the various differences in bike models, modes, batteries and accessories. Very knowledgeable on the Pedego line and very easy to deal with. He was able to point out the pros and cons for each model depending on our riding likes and dislikes. Would highly recommend- very good experience!

This is the best after-the-sale customer service experiences I have ever had. First of all, Gregory Krzeminski, the proprietor, is extremely knowledgeable. He is willing to help you out with a problem, at a moments notice. Second, his response time is rapid. If he is with a customer and you leave a msg, he actually returns the call! Fast! Few businesses boast this anymore. And third, he takes the time, and has the patience, to explain things to customers who are brand new to the e-bike experience. The product is wonderful, the price is reasonable, and the service is spectacular. If you are on the edge wondering about which bike and where, go to this place, you will never be disappointed. Hello Fun is the perfect slogan, I only wish we had done this 2 years ago!!!!

Greg was so helpful and educated me on this Interceptor before I took it for a ride. He took all the time I needed to make me feel comfortable with the e-bike. He stands by his products because he believes in them. I would definitely do business with him again.

Owner Greg really stands behind his product. He has serviced my Boomerang+ for several years. Although I live in Ann Arbor the long drive is worth the knowledge and care he provides. Recently, after 5,000 miles of riding, my bike developed a crack in the frame. Not only did Pedego, the company, stand behind their product with a replacement frame, Greg set up the rebuilt bike perfectly. I'm hooked!
