Beaumont Physical Therapy, Lenox

Carly was my primary therapist. She did an outstanding job in every aspect of my therapy. She was attentive to my particular needs and performed her therapy in the most professional manner.
I am grateful for her expertise in helping to ease my pain and regain my strength.

If there was a higher rating than 5 stars I would, without hesitation, give it to the Physical Therapy Dept. and its amazing staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. I can't begin to thank them enough. I highly recommend them!!!

I can't say enough nice things about the incredible women that work at Beaumont's Physical Therapy in Lenox. My normal physical therapist was Kristen and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive to switching my exercises/routine to the pain that I may be feeling each session. I always felt very encouraged to continue to make progress toward recovery with my injury. Being someone who was a 27 year old that has never had any health issues, to having my back be in such excruciating pain that I couldn't walk with any pace or perform normal everyday tasks, I felt really defeated and down when I first came in for my consultation appointment, but Kristen immediately assured me how normal it was for people to have slipped disks, what we would be doing to help and address it and what her goals were for my treatment. I felt supported the entire way through. I was originally only scheduled a month, which turned into about 2 and a half to make sure I was fully back up to getting back to my routine of working in a bar/restaurant, which I am eternally grateful for. On my final day, she gave me all sorts of exercises to do at home, should any pain arise in the target areas we've worked on and to keep those same muscles stretched and toned. Thank you so much for everything Kristen. If you need a physical therapist, I couldn't recommend a person more.

I also saw Carly for a week and half when Kristen went on vacation and was there for one of her first days at this location when she was learning how to use the computer system here. She was such a pleasure to work with as well. I didn't feel like I was too out of line with my routine and felt that Kristen had given detailed enough notes and descriptions that Carly and I were easily able to work with and adjust my appointments without missing a beat. I am super grateful that I didn't have to miss a week and a half when Kristen was out, as I was still in quite a bit of pain at that time. Thank you so much Carly! You were incredible and I wish you the best in this new office!

I would be remiss not to mention the wonderful woman at the front that does scheduling, Robyn. She is so kind and friendly. She always greeted me with a smiling face and every time I knew she knew who I was, asking about updates about how the week had gone, about when I had a vacation, and other things about my life you wouldn't expect a normal front desk assistant to know or care about. She even ended up telling Kristen to say goodbye to me because she ended up realizing she wasn't working my final appointment day.

The ladies in this office are truly incredible and I am so so thankful that I ended up going to the Lenox Beaumont Physical Therapy office. These ladies are warm, friendly and amazing. I'm glad to be done with physical therapy and the pain, but to be honest, I do miss seeing these lovely people weekly. Thank you so much for the kindness, treatment and positivity you all gave me. I truly can't express how much it's helped me in all aspects of my life. I wish each of you endless promotions and raises in your work, you're truly the best at what each of you do.

The improvement in my mobility and balance has been remarkable. My therapist, Kristen, was always knowledgeable, prompt and aware of my particular needs. I highly recommend PT at Lenox Beaumont.

Hello all, I’d like to share my experience with Beaumont in Lenox MI.
I went for physical therapy because of a herniated disc, C-6&7 to be exact. The pain was excruciating, along with numbness throughout the right arm. I was skeptical to be honest in believing physical therapy would actually work.
My physical therapist was Kristen J. Which I must say was awesome, no other words to describe her.
Kristen was both professional and personable. Answered any and all of my questions regarding my injury while we set a goal. To be pain free and numbness free without surgery.
Within a month I would say, my pain went away, whether it was the therapy or manipulations that Kristen performed seemed to work for me.
I left physical therapy with 💯 pain free and about 75 percent of the numbness has gone away.
I’d like to believe with the physical therapy Kristen provided to help my injury out kept me out of the surgery room. So kudos to Kristen for doing a fabulous job on putting me back together again. I’d like to also add that the other staff there were awesome too. Thank you to all at Beaumont Lenox physical therapy department.
