I'm a brand new customer and I was impressed with the sales lady (Joan, I think). She was very helpful and took the time to explain options I had. It's been awhile since I've bought any furniture but if my wait time and delivery goes as good as the purchase did I will definitely go back and buy again from her. Thanks Joan for a pleasant experience.

UPDATED: 8/21 This location has a phenomenal delivery team. They are super helpful, very friendly, fast, professional and careful. I wish I was as impressed with Steve and the current staff inside the store. Nelsi I bought my furniture from is no longer there, and it's a shame. My end table was supposed to be in several weeks ago. I ordered it and my Recliners in June knowing the manufacturers were behind. When I called Tuesday morning this week because the table was supposed to be in, Steve was alone and supposed to call me back. He did not. I called again Wednesday morning. He was supposed to call back in 15 minutes. He didn't. Over an hour and a half later his associate did and ask me about a delivery day. I told her any day but Saturday, so she put me on Friday's schedule telling me the driver would call with a time Thursday. By 630 Thursday, I had no call. I called them. She told me it was because I was on the schedule Saturday. I told her that wouldn't work, so she put me on Friday, but she wasn't happy. The woman was rude and kept making excuses including Nelsi no longer being there, so it was difficult for them to help. Apparently, the corporate offices need to develop a better system since retail changeover is high. I was supposed to receive a call when the delivery was headed my way. Thankfully, the experience did a complete 180 after the awesome delivery guys got my table. Thank you, gentlemen. Heaven help me, I have 2 Recliners that are supposed to arrive in September. I hope I get the same delivery team!

6/21Great experience. They run diffusers, and it smelled amazing. The store was super clean and the ladies were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nelsi helped me find the right recliner which just happened to be buy one get one for Father's day. She made sure I knew it was back ordered. They treated me like I was a friend stopping buy. This is the best furniture store I've been to in years.

Jessica was the best sales associate! She helped us and made sure to answer all of our questions. She has also followed up with us to make sure everything was ok. Delivery staff also did a great job with delivering and setting up furniture.

Great place to shop. I paid full price for a recliner bought from Sara who by the way is super nice and helpful. I got home realized that neither parent liked it. The next morning Chuck the manager refunded my money without me leaving home. I have had knee surgery last week and it made it hard to move. Chuck resolved my problem and I was refunded the whole amount no problems. They are great people so when I get ready & get my mess organized they are who I am going to see.

I just had a phenomenal experience with Sarah over the phone regarding some questions on pieces I saw on the website. She took the time to research each question and gave great feedback. Even though I have to now venture to store I’m okay with that because I want to ensure she gets her commission for being beyond helpful. Excited . In addition my delivery today went amazing. Prompt Courteous and professional service.
