One of the far most greatest phone experiences with my buddy Lauren Nathan phone specialist and etc helping me thanks guys went from literally leaving this company to getting a new phone and better service everyone else didn’t even look at me twice any other location I walk-in in jonn went outta his way for his team to get me all set up even my tablet computer hot spot all linked the main office or corporate the two girls there were so rude not hear at mount clemens thanks team

The staff here are great, very warm and welcoming! They were very patient with me and answered all my questions. Out of all the metro stores I’ve been in I would say this one has been the best experience for me. They have a short staff but it’s quality over quantity on this one. Chuck and Nathan were sweethearts. Overall very happy customer!

The employees are super cool and offers a cozy store setting. The employees greet everyone as they come through the door and are the nicest. Great customer service plus fast customer service. I highly recommend them.
