Great fast service at Roseville office . Friendly people very helpful and very knowledgeable. The best parking is on the sides of the buildings and the office is on the left, looking at the building. I just came off getting a violation but it was a misunderstanding and not the company’s fault. I only add it because I would not want another to make the same mistake. I was at my parents for the Holiday and unaware my base needed to stay with me. It wasn’t that I went to Howell; it was because I didn’t bring the unit. HC is there to do a job within the umbrella of the pre-trial services part of the ordeal. If not for these people, it would’ve much more difficult to be free and charged at the same time. This applies to all court and police personnel, they’re doing their job. Perfectly? Not always but I see the effort.
