Performance Remodeling

( Double pane glass sliding door ). While shopping around for a new sliding door for our kitchen leading to our backyard, my girlfriend and I spent weeks researching companies. We finally landed on Performance Remodeling and we were not disappointed! Our sales rep Brandon, was on time, professional, very experienced and knowledgeable. Our installer Tom, I believe his name was, was just the same. Tom showed up earlier than expected and got the job done quicker than anticipated while doing exceptional work. He was quick to note how our old should door SHOULD have been installed the right way and remedied those issues when installing the new door. I bugged him with many questions and he answered them all to the best of his ability while maintaining his work. My girlfriend and I are very pleased with the overall experience and outcome of the work that was done. 5/5 would contact them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

100% HIGHLY recommend this company! From beginning to end they were reliable, straight forward, on time and professional. We went with the Marvin Infinity black windows. They are gorgeous. Our sales rep, Mike M, was wonderful. He was highly efficient on his first visit. He worked with us to explain the product, work through design and installation questions and presented a quote that was very fare. We had 3-4 quotes from reputable companies prior to Performance that were all 25-55% higher. Mike was in and out in close to an hour, with no dog and pony show. Very professional. Once we decided on the product we were matched with an installation team that contacted us to set up final measure within 1-2 weeks. Our 28 windows and 1 door were ready for install 8 weeks from measure...we were so impressed with the timeline. Our install team, lead by Mike S, Frank and his boys was incredible. They worked the entire job, including tear out and install in one day! Our home was not an easy job...1963 original Anderson's with wonky openings. We were a bit worried but given their level of experience and craftsmanship the job turned out exactly to our specifications...oh, and they are clean, clean, clean. No mess left behind. Even our dogs loved them!!. My husband is a design build architect who is familiar with quality products, fare pricing and talented install teams. He has high expectations for jobs like this and Performance delivered. We were impressed start to finish by Performance and will recommend them to clients, family and friends. We already have neighbors asking!!

I purchase windows from performance remodeling also I had my attic. One thing I appreciate is the workmanship that performance gave. There was clean and organized I really appreciate it Steve for the work that he did to get these wonderful windows in my house. The owner was very receptive to my needs. DTE is very stringent on the way that they rate Windows. If there are issues with the quote performance stands behind what they quoted you. I love the work that they did and I am going to get my roof done by performance.

I had a new front door installed and I love it. The sales rep Brandon Bialas was very helpful and went through every detail to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The door came exactly when it was estimated to arrive. Fred and his crew were on time, pleasant, and did an excellent job installing the door and even cleaned up nicely after themselves.

WOW, Where to start. Bob Karbousky was my sales rep, on time, no BS, came in showed us why Marvin Windows are amazing (which I did my research and knew already), didn't hard press me like RENEWAL and 3 other firms. Bob was down to earth and sincere, loved his price, added an awesome Double Front Door, gave us a better deal and we signed up! Performance then beat the estimated time of Installation by a couple of Months! (Supply chain issues are Hell) I then dealt with Hadeel in the back office for payments and scheduling and she was just great to deal with, kept us in the Loop and was super Friendly and Professional as well. Lastly, the Installation....usually a nightmare. NOT with FRED and his Family, literally! (His 2 Sons and their 20 year Friend/Installer). All honest, down to earth Consummate Professionals. Dealing with this well oiled crew was outstanding. I treated them well and they went above and beyond, they took care of a few out of the norm issues for us. People...... It's amazing how much comes back to you if you treat people that spend their lives working on your home. Keep that in mind, it works BOTH ways. Dealing with Performance from A to Z was my best contractor experience EVER. and my house and project was pretty intense and large. Thanks to the entire team at Performance. They were so great my Family Member already signed on the bottom Line.
