Car-Aid Shelby - (formally known as Shelby Auto Repair)

I had a engine replaced in my wife's 2018 Ford Escape back in July 2023. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time since this job is large and was done around the July 4th weekend. The vehicle runs great but when my wife came home she heard a hissing sound coming out of the fuel door compartment. I relieved the pressure and the check engine light came on and has been on ever since. I contacted Car Aid Shelby thinking they would cover this under the 12 month or 12 Mile parts and labor warranty they told me we had on this replacement engine. Even though the EVAP part is not under warranty the service shop covered the repair and I am grateful for this.

I would recommend this place over any other shop, they got me right in. I needed help with my transmission and everywhere else told me to take it to a dealer, not this place, they definitely deserve 5 stars!

Issac is the man, always takes great care of us and our cars. Fair price and honest, always communicates current and potential issues. Highly recommend, if you can get your car in, but there is a reason he is so busy..... the secret is out.

Those guys are awesome and know what they are doing. The pricing is fair and they are super honest. Josh is fantastic and he is focused on solving your car issues rather than anything else.
And because they did such a great job, I will NOT (have to) come back anytime soon (if you understand what I am saying).
