We have been using them since we moved into this house 7 years ago and I would not consider using anyone else. They have restored the carpet in my home, removing stains including pet stains and odor. They do quality work and I find the stains do not reappear like they do with other services. My carpet looks like new and stays that way. I appreciate their support; if I have a problem or a spill, they take care of it.
