Shelby Pines

The staff is always kind and welcoming and the dentists are honest in their appraisals. We are glad we found them.

We once had a tooth emergency (my daughter had a door opened when she wasn’t expecting it and the handle chipped her tooth). It was a day when the dentist office was closed and I left a message. Doctor Dave promptly called me back and talked me through it. We wound up agreeing that fixing it could wait till Monday, but Dave was ready to come in anyways, just to make sure and fix it if we preferred.

We have a big family too and they do their best to arrange it so we can have as few separate visits as possible.

As always Shelby Pines staff was top notch in terms of being positive and professional, but they are also so accepting and kind in all of their actions and words. I had a fairly significant procedure which was completely pain free, as has always been the case with Shelby Pines. It is the evening of the procedure now and I feel as if nothing happened. It's honestly amazing to me! I couldn't be happier and feel like 5 stars is not enough! Thank You so much and I feel relieved to be in such good hands!

First off the customer service is A one from the moment you come through the door, your treated with kindness that mellow you out and that says a lot when going into a dentist office. Dr. Gadioli, is a consummate professional he explain every procedure putting you at ease he along with his assistant Kristen make going to the dentist fun and pleasurable for myself and the rest of my family and friends.

My family and I have been going to Shelby Pines for years now. I cannot express how amazing each and every staff member is. From the second you are greeted at the door, you feel at home. My girls never have any sort of fear going to see their favorite dentists. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate Dr. David and Dr. Julie and their crew.

All around AMAZING office & staff. When I am there I feel at home as if I am with family. They are comforting & genuinely care about my dental health concerns and they remove all uneasy feelings of having to be at the dentist. My family & I absolutely love Dr. Gadioli. He is practical with his treatment plans and only does what is best for the patient.
