Awesome friendly staff gym with lots of equipment let's get fit 😃

The Shelby location is under new management and ownership. They are definitely reinvesting and promoting this club to be what it once was when it first opened. These changes (including a wider verity of classes) and the new Title Team's efforts are very much appreciated. Keep hitting it HARD!

This is a great gym! I love that the trainers are helpful and positive. They are very friendly and so are the other members. This gym is unlike any others that I have been at. People are more friendly and if you are looking for camaraderie or if you are just looking for a quiet workout you can do that too. It is a gym for everyone; physically fit or just starting out; young or old; overweight or not. I tried it for a month to see if I liked it and have been a member for almost 3 years. I like the different work out options and love that the trainings are always led by a variety of people. This variety ensures that the workouts are always different and you tend to work harder without realizing it.
