I didn't purchase my mercedes here but, I'm always welcomed, this is the only place it gets serviced. never had a problem afterwards. This place is very busy, need to most likely drop off vehicle or schedule ahead..
I contacted 2 other Mercedes Benz locations (including the Novi location where I get my Benz serviced regularly) to get my head light replaced. All locations stated the next available appointments were in December! Obviously, I can't wait until December to get a head light replaced (can we say "ticket" 😒). I spoke to Anthony "Tony" Griffin at the St. Clair Shores location and he made it happen!! Not only did I receive EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Tony, they also washed my vehicle!! 🤗 Interesting enough as much money as I've spent on all the required Service A and B services at the Novi location my vehicle has only been washed ONCE! 👎🏽 My experience at the St. Clair Shores location was perfect! THANK YOU, Tony and the mechanics for making my day!!
My experience was AMAZING. Faith greeted me as soon as I stepped out my truck. I explained the two models I wanted to look at. Through the process of reviewing the models, test driving, and pricing she made me feel confident that I was at the right dealership. Next, she introduced me to Mike.
Mike was very personable and excited to have me as a potential customer. Throughout our conversation, he ensured me that I would be driving the exact GLC model I wanted. Mike worked a deal out for me that I could not refuse. Now it was time to meet Charles, to sign all my paperwork.
Charles was very knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything I was signing. I knew I was in great hands.
Overall, my visit was perfect. Everyone made me feel welcome, and made my purchase a new vehicle that much easier. I thank Faith, Mike, and Charles for a easy process of becoming a Mercedes Benz Owner.
Yvette was more than wonderful! She Literally walked the entire lot with me until we found a car that represented my style. The way I was treated was nothing short of first class Royalty! They made me feel like A Queen from the moment I walked in the building until the time I left the lot with my brand new Benz 😉
