Susanne is an amazing person. I just had the most informative and reflective conversation with her. She broke everything down for me, in a way that I could see the vision she had for my eating plan. I love that she made sure she was very specific to my needs and what I already knew. She didn't assume or talk down to me. She gives a ton of suggestions and examples, which is also helpful. Lastly she shared things that she does, which made me feel able to relate to her. I recommend trying her. Her fee is nothing compared to the wealth of resources you get to help u get and stay healthy. Also, if you think she will force u to eat things you hate or shame u, that's not what she's about.
