(January 18, 2022, 10:47 am)Chicken Shack is always great! Service was slow, and there were literally half a dozen employees just standing around while I was waiting for my food. Maybe they need more cooks and less people doing whatever they were doing. Overall, it's still always good.

(November 15, 2021, 5:01 pm)My food taste a lot better than the Grosse Point location. Friendly staff I would have gave 5 star's but my chicken bites did not taste like they use to. I guess they changed the recipe. I just want order them anymore. The chicken and potatoes were very good.

Haven't had this in awhile. Normally, it's always great. The roasted shack potatoes weren't as cooked as they normally are. The onion rings were kind of greasy.
Chicken was great. My husband loved his ribs. But his dinner roll was totally smashed flat when they closed the box.
Otherwise, good dinner.
