Been there a few times. Hardly any waiting at all. Always extremely helpful. They actually listen to you. Results show up in your Beaumont chart, which is great.
As an owner we are proud of the service we provide. The Urgent Care is staffed 7 days a week and supervised by Board Certified Beaumont physicians. We take great pride in the quality of work we provide.
I was seen immediately, although I was the only one there upon walk-in. The staff was very courteous and thorough, treated me with respect, and I would definitely recommend it. Your experience would only vary if there were multiple patients ahead of you.
