This office and doctor are amazing ! Next week I go for my frozen transfer ... despite of the embryos take, I have never met a team that is so compassionate , caring , patient, diligent , thorough , and prompt .... I love how the team works together .. They are quick to answer questions and get back to you if you leave a message .. The doctor is always on emergency call if you need help or have questions .. From the staff while schedules to the nurses in ultrasound ... I have never been so blessed , to be led to this fertility clinic ... I would recommend and encourage anyone to go here... The doctor is amazing to she is quick, fast, confident , efficient, and just point blank great at what she does ... I will keep you posted on my results ??

Thanks to Dr. K and the staff at the Warren office, we were blessed with our perfect baby girl in 2019. Everyone was so wonderful and helpful through the whole process. Looking forward to going back in the near future for another transfer.

We had a wonderful experience at this office. Dr Kowalczyk is so warm & welcoming. She’s also very knowledgeable, patient, & forthcoming. Kim is a wonderful MA & she makes you feel so comfortable. We went through 4 rounds of fertility treatments before we were blessed with our miracle baby (we are actually going back to see her soon to start the process again) and we are so incredibly grateful for Dr Kowalczyk & her staff. I highly recommend choosing her to help with your fertility journey!

After struggling with infertility for 20 months after an ectopic pregnancy, we finally got referred here. I was a nervous wreck. We had no idea what to expect, and had been told to “just keep trying” by our PCP for so long, so in a way we expected to hear that again. From the moment we walked in, we both felt so comfortable and most importantly, UNDERSTOOD. The ladies at the front desk, the nurses, and Alexa the PA were all so sweet and calm and helpful. Once we got to Alexa’s office and she told us what testing she recommended, I began to cry tears of relief. To hear her recommend testing that I had been wanting done for so long was music to my ears. I had never felt as understood as I did in that moment. We have scheduled the tests and our follow up appointment is just 3 weeks away. 3 weeks until we have some answers and a game plan, after 20 months. My mind is still blown and we are just so excited to finally be understood and have someone in our corner and helping us achieve our main goal.
