I don’t make a ton of reviews unless service was awful to warn others. But this review is because of the opposite. I had dinner with an older family friend tonight and the female manager was very helpful and patient with my elderly friend who kept struggling to order. I really appreciated it because she didn’t make her feel helpless. Made her feel like lots of people get confused and that’s why she’s glad to help. I liked how she talked to the employees around her too. Always great to see happy employees in food service. Makes you feel good to be a costumer when everyone seems glad to be there. Food was fast and everything was correct. I swear the fries were extra good tonight. Lol

To be honest in the past I have had horrible experiences at this McDonald's and many other restaurants in general it seems ever since COVID declined everything in America lol, BUT I can say this for sure ever since an obvious uphaul and restaffing that has been done here I cannot say anything less than complimenting towards the appearance and the staff in this location, especially the super Early and mid-afternoon/early pm staff. Shout Out to the ONLY male tattooed manager that handles this location with morals and politeness, never once have I witnessed him or his crew be anything less than polite and professional. And they aren't miserable as previous workers had come off. If ever there has been an error in my order, which will happen any and everywhere you go from time to time especially with modification happy family members such as mine, he/they have repaired the issue no matter how big or small with minimal question (only the required ones by the company) and with complete empathy and apology. So needless to say this is the go-to location for me and my kiddos and I can guarantee a much improved experience regardless of your past experiences because the staff of a location will truly make for a satisfying experience, and with the critic I can find myself - if I'm vouching for this location, it's staff and the managers..... They have improved significantly

Also the biggest compliment is that I never ever have not seen this manager out in the middle of everything, he is not hiding in the back, but rather he is out in the front line helping, assisting, cooking, packing, taking orders, whenever he is needed and wherever. That's very impressive.

I've been taking my jeeps to Dave's for over 10 years now, and I can truly say that I trust nobody else with my vehicles. I moved near Royal Oak and made the mistake of going to somewhere else nearby for an oil change, and walked out with a $3,000 list of recommendations that was made to seem completely necessary. I took my jeep to Dave shortly after who found none of those "issues". He is always professional, takes a look at my car quickly, is very reasonably priced, and most important trustworthy.

Dave changed my egr valve on my escape and ran better since definitely recommend as a honest technician 👍

Great and fast service. I took my car here during my lunch break to see if it was something they could fix Monday the following week, Dave told me he could have it fixed that day within an hour. He was honest about the problem I was having and showed me exactly what it was. He also gave me options on how we could repair the problem and gave an extremely fair price. I will definitely be back for any other auto repairs I need because I feel that he is somebody that can be trusted and won't try and cheat me.
