When the roofing crew came, they maintained a very clean & safe workplace and finished before schedule. When additional problems arose while repairing the roof they did a first class job repairing it and never even mentioned additional cost. I was impressed with his quest for customer satisfaction. Derrick photographed and videoed before, during as well as after pictures and videos of the roof so I will have a full understanding of the problem. He also stopped by twice just to check to make sure shingles are sealing.
