“I got a flat tire on the highway. I brought the tire to the Belle Tire on Van Dyke to have it repaired on Black Friday during their annual tire sale. Despite being extremely busy, they said they would take a look as soon as possible. They called me back an hour later to let me know that the sidewall was destroyed. Not only did they take the time to look at the tire, they already confirmed that the last 2 of these tires anywhere was at the Chesterfield store. Their quick action allowed me to get my car to another Belle Tire and get my tires replaced the same day. The excellent customer service of this Belle Tire mirrors what I have come to expect from my local Belle Tire back home and also that of the Chesterfield store. Other automotive service companies could learn a lot from how Belle Tire runs their stores.”

“Glad I made the call. Being a senior it really hard to trust anyone. Steven came to my house with in half hour of me calling him. He diagnosed the problem with my furnace and repaired it. When I asked how much he said have great day. So while he was packing up his tools up to go, I left envelope on his seat. As no one can work for free. I will always remember him as it was 36 degree in my house when he got there and with in 2 hours I wasn't freezing anymore. I would recommend Steven and I would call him in future if needed.”
