“I mean, its Little Caesars pizza, but the customer service I got last evening was GREAT!! I stopped there just after 7pm, and the guy at the counter that helped me was very nice. No attitude and he wasn't pushy by trying to sell me extra atuff. They had a fresh pie coming rite out and the bread was ready. Everything was hot and ready!!! “The only thing that could make Promanade better would be a view of the Detroit River. This place makes their breads and pastries in-house and they do not skimp on quality nor quantity. I've tried nearly everything on their menu over the past 2 years and have never been dissapointed. The prices are reasonable for the product & it's consistent. The staff is friendly and customers are nice. They display art work from local artist, so even without the river back drop you've got plenty to look at if dinning in. Patio is limited but worth snagging a spot...or get it to go and walk 1 block east and sit at the river.”

“Visited for the first time with a 7 person party during the weekday at 5pm and it was not busy at all, but after an hour or so it got busy and live music started. Great atmosphere, relaxing and comfortable. The sweet potato fries were phenomenal! The chicken bacon ranch wrap was good-not the best I’ve had though. The “loaded” baked potato was lacking, no sour cream and very little cheese. No butter either. Didn’t feel it was worth the money to load it. Carrot cake was the best I’ve ever had! The brownie was warm and delicious paired with the ice cream. My family member said the breaded shrimp were GREAT. We are going to move to the area soon, planning to make this a place we frequent!”

“This is a great locally owned pizza shop and their food was great. Atmosphere is 3 stars because it's not really a dine in type place, but does capture the essence of a hometown feel. Service while good, was slow. That could have been because they were busy. Everyone was working really hard and a lot of orders came in while I waited for my food. I was told 25 minutes and it took 35, so not a super big deal, but nonetheless I needed to be somewhere. Okay so the food! Absolutely thee best club sub I've ever had. The bacon was perfectly crisped and the bread is baked fresh! Also ordered the bread sticks which were delicious! Their ranch is homemade, so definitely give that a try. Also had the chicken Alfredo ranch pizza and it was good too! I'd like to try a couple different kind soon. 4 stars overall. Before going I checked their menu online and the prices are actually way different, so I had a bit of wallet shock when I got my total. I added an updated menu photo. Please give this place a try! They packaged the s&s sauce separate from the chicken so the chicken was still crispy. The fried rice has nice pieces of white chicken in it & not greasy at all. The Rangoon's had plenty of filling, unlike other places. All for under $25 & fed three people with a little leftover. Will definitely go back again! “Start by saying I'm 50% Italian. I've come here 3 time now. The bread basket comes with a very good sauce Food is very well prepared! The 1st time I had veal parmesan. Comes with 3 breaded veal in sauce and parmesan. It was very good. The breading needed more seasoning. Sauce is good but not Grandma's house good. The minestrone soup was a little salty for me, tho the chicken tortellini was very good! I finished with tiramisu also amazing. 2nd visit was Burrata cheese in sauce, Crab cakes, 8oz Filet and an off menu meal. The steak needed mushrooms or zip sauce with meal possibly blue cheese for the price. John and Taylor were amazing and informative! Dessert was cannolis. 3rd visit service was slow. food was mushroom soup, Tenderloin tips arrabbiate, and chicken marsala the marsala was not good unfortunately, seemed very bland needed more flavor in sauce. Very cheerful atmosphere, people seem to know each other here a lot. Has a small private event area. Overall this place has a great vibe. If you want it busy come around 6 on Saturday night. If you want it relaxed come 430-6 other days. They do take reservations! A little pricey but is complimented by service. Overall price/quality/quantity not balanced.”

Sauce that stands up against the crowded dough but isn't so overpowering that you get overwhelmed by it. Their online app/website is easy to use with crust options, bake options and a constantly changing but ever tempting variety of specials. Wait times during dinner, especially on the weekend will hover around 30 minutes, but this chain location beats those estimates most of the time. Price is comparable to Jets or other premium pizza chains, and while it may be fighting words to say it, I believe Green Lantern to be the best pizza in detroit metro. Parking at this location can be troublesome at times so you might want to order delivery during "peak times".”
