The slit on the dress was extremely high and the dress needed to be hemmed. We called with the emergent situation and they were extremely kind and understanding. My daughter rushed there immediately per their request and they performed their magic. They cut off material from the bottom of the dress from the hem and were able to add 4 inches of material to the slit. We were amazed how quickly they transformed the dress to perfection. Daniell truly went *above and beyond* for me when she made this cake for me. She contacted me right away when she became ill and informed me that my cake would be late, which I truly appreciated. We stayed in touch and she offered me a 100% refund for the inconvenience, but I was sooo so happy that she was willing to make the cake once she was back and fully recovered, no refund necessary. Health should always take top priority, and the fact this was also her top priority made me fully trust in her professionalism AND talent!
