I appreciate the service team. Online booking is turn key. I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said no, thinking I had a spare. Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution. Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely. That is customer service! The team at BMW of Rochester Hills recognizes that completing a transaction (be it sales or service) isn't the end but part of the process of building a long term relationship with a customer. They are truly committed to delivering top notch service and genuinely care that your needs are addressed. “I've been to other West Marine Locations and found this one on the way to my marina. So instead of going back to 10 and Jefferson, I stopped in here. This location was always the forgotten step-child of West Marine in the Detroit area, but lately I found them to be "fully stocked," thoughtfully laid out, clean, with kind and helpful associates. I even purchased a mildew cleaner that didn't work and they gladly took it back. It's refreshing in this age to find a location that cares so much for their customers. This will be my go-to for marine supplies in the future. Good job West Marine for updating this store and employing the kind of people that you have there.”
