“I was referred to Platinum Phone Repair via a local Verizon Outlet- (surprisingly as I am with Verizon- and Kudo's to them as well for this GREAT recommendation)- I contacted them via phone and spoke with Brandon- I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone-6S (4-years old- but in excellent condition and working very well otherwise)- Brandon was most helpful over the phone- and even more helpful in person! As this phone is my only phone- and I caught them at the right time- Brandon had a new battery in, charged, and ready within 20-minutes, my Otter Case put back on properly- just a great job- and at a very reasonable rate, with a full 90-day warranty. I waited a week to write this review. Later in my life i went to Free China and discovered the foreign currency world. Had to exchange but knew nothing of the exchange value at that time. “I unfortunately had to work this morning and dropped my truck off at the shop and called them when they opened to make sure it was okay and they were completely understandable and cool about it. They got my Glass in very fast and even vacuumed up all the old glass that was all over the back of the truck and organized everything I had in the back of it as well, not that they had to do that.
