They would constantly call and/or email 2-3 times a week providing any updates as necessary throughout the entire process. When I first dropped off my car, the staff was pleasant and explained everything that would happen. It did take quite a bit longer than expected to get my car back, but that had nothing to do with the collision shop; the part they were waiting on kept getting delayed. “John was great! He was quick to respond and dealt with my crazy ideas and requests. I contacted him in November about getting my bow refinished and he let me know that he was backed up through the first of the year. He let me know that I could send it then or wait. I chose to wait. After I sent it he responded to all my calls and emails. I have high anxiety and he was so kind and accommodating with it. Also I wanted a black stripe and he was able to do it with the stain which was so nice. When I received it I was so happy I giggled with delight and ran around like a gerblin! It’s so pretty!”
