Townsend Carpeting is the best! They have put in all our wood floors and carpets. They took time to figure out how my 88 year old mother could best get over the door thresholds with her walker. I live in Oregon, Ohio and had laminate flooring, carpet and vinyl installed a year ago. Wow! The installation was perfect...these people are absolute perfectionists and the cost was fair and honest. They carefully explained the care of the laminate and carpet...the service both at the store and by the installers could not have been better. These people are PROFESSIONALS!! If you want the BEST....Townsend Carpeting is the place to go.
My wife and I used Townsend to re-carpet most of our house, and could not have been more pleased. The first time we stopped in to see what they had available and poke around was great. The salesperson that helped us was not pushy, was up-front with pricing (it's actually printed on the walls near the samples you're looking at), and answered every question we had. Getting the estimate was similarly easy. They came out, measured, and called back the next day with pricing based on the carpets we chose.
Installation was also great. The two installers and assistant completed the ~1700 sq. ft. we bought in *one day*, including our ridiculously complicated rounded upholstered stairs.
Pricing was fair, service was amazing, and installation was perfect. I highly recommend these guys.
