From the office staff to the surgery staff, Everyone is so kind caring and professional. Dr. Welch has a glowing reputation for excellence, which is why I went there in the first place and her work speaks for itself. I had a difficult issue to solve and Dr Welch performed beyond my expectations. I am so happy with the results. Even now she continues to make it known that she’s there if I have a question or concern no matter how small. This was important to me be cause I had other Dr’s who acted too busy to care. I’m forever thankful to have her as my Dr and It was Totally worth the 2 and half hour drive to get there!!! May God continue to Bless her and her staff!

I visited Dr Welch because I had dark marks in my face because of the sun. The staff was so knowledgeable and explained how they could help me fix my problem. I was scared because being a woman of color, I didn’t know what to do or what was safe for my completion. The products were amazing and I now can look in the mirror again and smile. I would recommend her office to everyone and so happy for the experience!

She is the best surgeon ever. She really Cares about you and you needs. She has a great staff. I am so glad that I found her I have been going to her for years. She treats you with so much respect.
