(January 20, 2019, 5:22 pm)Had windows replaced. Reasonable, prompt and exceptional. Scheduled an appointment for estimate. Was prompt and explained what would be done. This was the third estimate I received. Within 2 weeks had new windows installed and looking great! Keeps the cold out. Replaced original windows to house. Did not realize what a difference it would make until they were in! Outside trim matches too! Will definitely be using them for new roof as well! Thank You for the great job, terrific price and awesome workmanship!!
(January 3, 2019, 7:40 am)We had our roof and gutters replaced because of a hail storm. It was a great piece of mind to know that Affordable Construction was there to handle the construction part of the job but more importantly handling the insurance side of it also! We always felt like we were in good hands because any questions we had were answered quickly and accurately. The quality of the craftsmanship was top notch, but more importantly the cleanup of the job site was second to none as we have dogs and were worried of how it would be handled. I recommend Ken and his team to anyone looking for home remodeling as they are always the first company I call!
(January 1, 2019, 9:13 am)We’ve had home improvements and renovations done with Affordable Construction several times over the years. We had new windows and doors installed in our first house 20 years ago! We had my parents roof replaced probably 15 years ago. A few years ago we had our 1000 square foot basement finished. They are always timely, professional, and priced fairly. Most importantly, their customer service is great and the quality and craftsmanship of their work is amazing. They are a great company with a long history of doing high quality work at a great price!
(December 31, 2018, 2:48 pm)My wife and I called Affordable Construction after a recent hail storm. Ken came out to do an inspection on our house. He worked directly with the insurance adjuster. He was able to get us a new lifetime warranty roof/ complete tear off!! New vinyl siding that replaced our old aluminum siding, gutters window wraps etc. We also paid to have new windows installed throughout the house! I would highly recommend Ken and his team to take care of any future projects!
