  OTF Rock Hill is amazing! The workout are always changing so you are always challenging yourself in classes with benchmarks to set and reach goals. All of the coaches are wonderful! They are supportive, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely want to see you reach your goals! This studio does a great job of making you feel welcome from Day 1 and celebrating your achievements along the way. It is the first time I have ever loved going to the gym and still love going 9 months later!

  I had my first experience with Orangetheory and absolutely loved it! They were kind, welcoming, helpful, open, and FUN! I was worried coming in I wouldn’t like the atmosphere and maybe they would be a little judgey since I haven’t worked out in so long. WRONG. Goes to show you should always have an open mind, leave your worries at home & just do it! 👏🏼👏🏼 Thanks OT!! 10/10 would recommend.

  I am visiting from out of town and came into this studio and was so welcomed. It is great to be able to visit other OTF locations, but it is even better to find a place that feels so familiar. Great music, coaches and very friendly! Thank you so much!!!

  I love the diversity of workouts paired with the fact that you're only tortured at each station for 15 minutes, which helps make the time fly by. Coaches are always friendly and motivating. I'm always challenged and never bored. At OT Rock Hill, classmates represent all shapes, sizes, genders, races, ages, and level of fitness which negates the intimidation factor. The desk staff and management also couldn't be more welcoming. Can't say enough positive things.

  Employees are awesome and really personable. Retta who is there every morning is upbeat and always moving. She seems to know everyone who comes in and out and can talk with everyone.

  Extremely customer focused, have been client for over 15 years. As an independent agent, they shop for best coverage/rates available. Super knowledge and experience, provides great advice. No high pressure tactics or trying to sell you products you don't want or need. Sorry Flo, but we like supporting local businesses, buying off line and not paying for glitzy advertising.
